Raudel Fierro Perez brings a different approach to development, with the intentions of creating an environment where learning and fun are the main objectives. A West Liberty, Iowa native, brings over 13 years of competitive play which includes participation with ODP (Olympic Development Program), collegiate at Loras College and Semi-Professionally with Union Dubuque. His involvement as a player, exposure to different styles of play and the long life skills that he has acquired through the sport, have helped him create a unique style of coaching that he implement in a daily basis over training programs.

Through his Director of Coaching position, Raudel has introduced a curriculum that has an emphasis in the relationship between player, space and time. The spatial relationships that the players of Key City Soccer Association are exposed to will serve them to have a full skill set to step in to any High School or College program, allowing them to compete and adjust according to any coaches expectations. His passion and love for the game, have allowed him to build successful relationships with families all around Dubuque and surrounding communities, creating a family oriented organization that focuses all of its resources in the best interest of the player. Key City Soccer Association believes in long life skill development, through a social justice point of view, families are exposed to educational conversations that allow players to learn more about life through soccer.
